As 2017 comes to a close, it feels good to finally relaunch this website. It’s been almost 10 years since I created the original site, and this time I took the time to tailor the design, like I would for one of my clients, using my current preferred theme platform, Theme X (now Pro by Themeco) as the underlying foundation.
I started working on redesigning this website early this year with some ideas for a new logo, a slight name change to highlight the marketing and technology services I offer, and some icons to visually improve the design and convey my services. I spent time writing, as I had time, focusing on the new services I’ve started to offer over the past 12+ months. The final push to complete this work came during some “downtime” during the holidays. There’s still more work to do, especially in fleshing out my client projects in the “portfolio” section of the site, but it’s complete enough to make live.
This has been a busy year, starting with the launch of a new client blog site, then with a redesign of one of my long-time client’s medical practice site [Update Fall 2018: my client reworked this site using another hosting platform], and finally with the redesign of my wife’s site.
As I look forward to 2018, with the sounds of Crosby Stills & Nash’s “Long Time gone” running around my head, I am grateful to my clients for their continued business.
